1. Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 4777bdt platform and all associated services. In this document, "Platform" refers to 4777bdt's website, mobile app, and related services. "User" or "you" refers to any person who has registered or intends to register an account on 4777bdt.

These Terms apply to all users residing in Bangladesh. By accessing the Platform or using any service, the user is considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If a user does not agree to these Terms, they are advised to refrain from using the Platform.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on 4777bdt, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited, and any such account found will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person or household is prohibited. If an attempt is made to open multiple accounts using the same device, internet connection, or payment method, 4777bdt reserves the right to close all such accounts.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful. Providing false information, using another person's identity, or concealing one's identity is strictly prohibited. If any information changes, the user is responsible for updating their account details accordingly.

3. Age Verification

The 21+ age requirement is strictly enforced for all casino games and sports betting services on 4777bdt. The platform takes a firm stance against underage gambling and makes no exceptions in this regard.

If there is any doubt about a user's age, 4777bdt may request a copy of a national ID card, birth registration certificate, or passport at any time. 4. Account Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 4777bdt is ৳300. Accepted payment methods on the platform are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits must be made using a mobile banking account registered in your own name — amounts sent from another person's account will not be processed.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit. Under normal circumstances, the withdrawal process takes between 5 and 30 minutes to complete. However, if additional verification is required, this time may be extended.

5.3 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals using a mobile banking account not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. If a third-party account is used, 4777bdt reserves the right to hold the associated funds.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

4777bdt offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, their bonus will be ৳2,000 and their balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw funds from this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met — meaning in the above example, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus terms are met, the bonus portion may be deducted and only the original deposit returned. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or any automated method will be treated as "bonus abuse" and may result in the account being closed.

7. VIP Program

4777bdt's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — Bronze offers up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, Platinum up to 0.8%, and Diamond up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week. For example, if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. Higher levels also come with additional benefits, such as faster withdrawal processing and dedicated customer support.

VIP membership is at the discretion of 4777bdt. The platform reserves the right to change VIP status without stating a reason. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

8. Game and Betting Rules

8.1 General Rules

Each game on 4777bdt has its own rules, which can be found in the relevant game interface. The software that determines game outcomes is entirely independent, and 4777bdt cannot guarantee any specific result. If a game result is called into question due to a technical error, 4777bdt will review it and make a decision.

8.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the odds for each event are subject to change. Once a bet is finalised, it remains locked at the odds in place at that time, even if the odds change afterwards. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical issue, 4777bdt reserves the right to void that bet.

8.3 Multi Bet

In a multi bet, all selections must win — if even one loses, the entire bet is lost. For example, a multi bet on three selections with odds of 1.40, 1.50, and 1.90 gives combined odds of 1.40 × 1.50 × 1.90 = 3.99 (approximately); a ৳100 bet returns ৳399 if all selections win, but if any one loses, the full ৳100 is lost.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 4777bdt:

• Using any bots, automation tools, or special software to influence the platform's software or algorithms
• Collusion or unfairly coordinating with other players to gain an advantage in games
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Opening or operating an account using a false identity or another person's information
• Attempting to access 4777bdt's systems or engaging in any hacking-related activity
• Attempting to claim bonuses in violation of platform policies

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the relevant account will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

4777bdt may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Failure to provide verification documents on time
• Account inactive for an extended period
• Legal or regulatory reasons

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned, though the bonus portion may be deducted if bonus terms have not been met.
